At Cohorted Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty discovery. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via the portal with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all products are in their original, unopened packaging and include your order slip inside the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Cohorted

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
